Statement of Faith
-We believe that the Bible is the only inspired,
inerrant, authoritative and sufficient Word of God and consists of
the sixty-six Books of the Old and New Testaments.
-We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three
Persons: the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy
Spirit.
-We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His
sinless life, His impeccability, His vicarious and atoning death
through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to
the right hand of the Father where He reigns over all things, and
His coming personal and visible return in power and glory.
-We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man,
regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
-We believe that a person becomes justified by grace through faith
in the Person and atoning death, burial and bodily resurrection of
the Lord Jesus Christ.
-We believe that every Christian is indwelt by the Holy Spirit and
is enabled to live a godly life through His power working
within.
-We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved;
the saved are resurrected unto everlasting life, and the lost are
resurrected unto eternal damnation.
-We believe in the invisible, universal church in which every
believer in the Lord Jesus Christ is unified. We further believe
that this invisible, universal church is visibly manifested in
local assemblies led by pastor/elders. The local church is God's
primary agency for the carrying out the Great Commission in this
present age.
